Please book an appointment before visiting us

For the safety of our customers and staff we are strictly managing the number of customers to the centre and the duration of any visit.

  • You must book an appointment before visiting us.

  • If you visit us without an appointment booked (for example in an emergency) we will prioritise those with an appointment first but will do our best to accommodate you.

  • Appointments to access your box will be strictly 15 minutes (to limit the amount of time you spend in the enclosed space of the viewing room).

  • We may ask you to wait outside of the branch until it is safe for you to enter.

  • No guests will be allowed on our premises including children.

How You Can Assist Us

  1. Customers suffering symptoms described in the latest NHS advice should not visit our offices.

  2. Inline with government advice you are advised to wear a face covering when visiting the centre as you will be in an enclosed space and social distancing may not always be possible.

  3. Please only visit us only if it is necessary.

  4. Always keep to the government social distancing advice by keeping 2m distance from any other customers or staff.

  5. Please limit the number of people accessing your safe deposit box to one person where possible per visit.

  6. For appointment requests, please telephone or email the office first.

  7. Please do not visit the branch to pay your renewal for the safety of our staff and customers. Please pay by bank transfer or over the phone using a debit card.
